"We did not need a large vehicle for 2 persons. Had asked for a Passat and a 6 seater van arrived. Not a major problem but unnecessary.
Driver was courteous and helpful. We chatted about the advantages of Uber system for women travelling. Knowing who your driver is and where the vehicle is located once the service is requested is a very helpful information.
My phone received several updates saying the taxi should have arrived but only about 15 minutes after receiving the first one did the taxi actually show up, leaving me to wonder whether the system was actually functioning.
